  • Aflac offers policies for UUP members

    UUP members interested in learning more about a new health benefit can schedule an appointment to meet with an Aflac agent next week on the North Campus.

    Aflac is offering short-term disability, accident and cancer protection policies for members of United University Professions, the union representing UB faculty and professional staff.

    Appointments can be made between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. March 14-16 in the UUP office, 326 Crofts Hall.

  • EAP to present seminars

    A seminar on “Medicaid Planning,” the second part in the four-part “Planning Your Future” series offered by the Employee Assistance Program, will be held from 1-3:30 p.m. March 24 in 324 Crofts Hall, North Campus.

    EAP also will present a seminar on long-term care insurance from noon to 1 p.m. March 31 in 142 Crofts Hall.

    Both seminars are free and open to all UB employees.
