UB’s Schussmeisters Ski Club is gearing up for its 53rd season by offering special membership deals to faculty, staff and alumni, and their family members.
UB staff and domestic students are being recruited to serve as mentors for newly arrived international students during the fall 2013 semester. Participants need not know about other cultures, speak other languages or have traveled overseas.
Applications are being accepted through Oct. 2 for the state Civil Service exam being held on Nov. 16 for persons interested in becoming police officers with New York State University Police.
