The Employee Assistance Program is offering training sessions in the fundamentals of Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique (IAMT), a relaxation technique consisting of simple yoga postures, breathing, visualization and sound.

The UB Child Care Center will again be offering its after school and vacation club programs this academic year. The programs are available for members of the UB community who have children between the ages of 5 and 12.
The Professional Staff Senate Social Committee is presenting its sixth annual potluck barbecue luncheon on Aug. 24.
