UB moved up five spots on Sierra Club magazine’s “Cool Schools” ranking for 2017. The university landed at No. 52, up from 57 last fall, on the environmental group’s annual list of schools that are ahead of the curve when it comes to sustainability.
UB’s Catholic Campus Ministry will celebrate the opening of the 2017-18 academic year with the 41st annual Convocation and Liturgy of the Holy Spirit, to be held at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 24 in the UB Newman Center, 495 Skinnersville Road across from the Creekside Village apartments on the North Campus.
