Community conversation to tackle AI

As artificial intelligence becomes a larger part of teaching and learning, it raises new questions about trust, fairness and responsibility in the classroom. UB faculty, staff and students will gather on Oct. 28 for a discussion about academic integrity in the era of AI.

“AI at UB Community Conversation: Academic Integrity in the Age of AI will take place from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Center for Tomorrow, North Campus.

The event will provide an opportunity for participants to share their perspectives on how AI is changing learning environment. The registration form includes a section for questions.

The conversation is hosted by the Faculty Senate, undergraduate Student Association and Graduate Student Association, with support from the Office of the Senior Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs.
