Free fitness classes for faculty and staff

UB faculty and staff can take advantage of free lunchtime fitness classes being held on the North and South campuses.

The UB Wellness classes run through May 10. All classes are held from noon to 1 p.m. There are no classes the week of March 18 due to spring break.

The schedule for the spring semester:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: Sculpt, 117 Clark Hall, South Campus.
  • Tuesdays: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), 75 Alumni Arena.
  • Thursdays: Muscle Makeover total body workout, 75 Alumni Arena.
