Access to faculty and staff parking lots adjacent to Diefendorf and Clark halls on the South Campus will be limited from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 19 due to a full-scale emergency exercise that will be conducted around Clark.

UB Emergency Management, in collaboration with local, state and federal emergency responders, will conduct the exercise, designed to ensure coordinated, timely and effective response and recovery to a campus crisis.

To ensure the safety of those participating in the exercise, approximately 250 spaces within the Diefendorf lot, in addition to 20 faculty and staff spaces in the Clark lot, will be unavailable for employee parking during the exercise.

But up to 100 remaining spaces in the Diefendorf lot will be available for employee parking. Parking spaces in the Michael-Farber, Parker and Townsend lots also will be available.

The exercise is closed to the campus community and the general public.
