UB employees can take advantage of free, semester-long fitness classes, thanks to a partnership between Wellness & Work/Life Balance and Recreation and Intramural Services.

All classes take place from noon to 12:55 p.m.

The Strength & Tone class consists of weight-lifting exercises using equipment and the participant’s own body weight as resistance. It will be held on Mondays in the Clark Hall Dance Studio on the South Campus.

High-Intensity Interval Training features high-intensity intervals combining strength, cardio and core. It will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Alumni Arena Dance Studio, North Campus.

Body Blast helps participants improve their cardiovascular fitness and endurance through workouts combining strength, cardio and core in each session. It will be held on Wednesdays in the Clark Hall Dance Studio.
