Space is still available in a Tai Chi class being offered on campus every Wednesday at 5:15 p.m., starting July 2.

Classes, which are being offered by Wellness and Work/Life Balance, will be held in the community center at South Lake Village on the North Campus.

Tai Chi is ancient Chinese exercise that develops coordination of mind and body. It is believed to boost the immune system, slow the aging process, lower blood pressure, and reduce anxiety and depression.

Adults at all levels of physical fitness can participate.

Faculty and staff interested in participating can register online.
