The Option Transfer Period for state employees, during which workers can change their health insurance carrier, voluntarily cancel coverage or delete dependents, runs through Jan. 16.

The effective date of change will be Jan. 1, 2015.

Forms must be completed and have a signature date no later than Jan. 16, 2015.
