Business Day 2014, the annual day of training, information gathering and networking presented by University Business Services, will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 29 in the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center, 2402 North Forest Road, Getzville, adjacent to the UB North Campus.

The event will feature workshop sessions on financial, human resources, procurement, SIRI, HUB and other important topics to help professionals, administrators and support staff work more effectively. Information tables staffed by UB departments and vendors also will be available throughout the day, as well as prizes, refreshments and networking opportunities.

Free shuttle transportation will be available between the Ramada, the Center for Tomorrow parking lot and Flint Loop. The shuttle will run from 8-10 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30-4 p.m. Access a detailed schedule on the Business Day website.
