The Professional Staff Senate’s Staff Development Committee and UB Athletics have organized a free tour of UB’s athletics facilities for PSS members on Dec. 16.

The tour, to be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., includes the main gym in Alumni Arena, natatorium, Reilly training room, basketball locker room, media center, equipment room, video board control room, Ed Michael Wrestling Room, Edward L. Wright Practice Facility, academic wing, fitness center and the Bulls team shop.

After touring Alumni Arena, participants will stop by the concession stand, then adjourn to the seating area in the main gym, where Recreation Services staff will talk about the services available to UB staff members and Elaine Russell, senior director of marketing, will talk about basketball and football games.

Weather permitting, the tour will conclude with a look at UB Stadium, including the Robert G. and Carol L. Morris Sports Performance Center, the Smolinski Family Sports Medicine Center, the football locker room, the team meeting room, and the football offices.

No RSVP is necessary for the tour. Participants are asked to meet at 11 a.m. by the ticket office in Alumni Arena.
