Yoga class offered

Faculty and staff can increase their flexibility while decreasing stress by taking part in an eight-week yoga class sponsored by Wellness & Work/Life Balance.

The class will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays, beginning July 30, in the dance studio in Clark Hall, South Campus. The cost is $60.

Payment arrangements must be made in advance. Space is limited; register online.
