Applications are being accepted through Oct. 2 for the state Civil Service exam being held on Nov. 16 for persons interested in becoming police officers with New York State University Police.

Candidates who score well on the exams for the University Police Officer 1 positions are eligible to apply for job openings at any of the 28 SUNY campuses.
