The Office of Organizational Development & Training is offering a new Collaborative Performance Management (CPM) Program beginning in September and employees interested in taking part should complete the CPM Interest Form in order to be considered for a spot in the program.

The nine-course series, developed specifically for UB, helps managers be more effective in their supervisory roles. The sessions feature instructor-led workshops and online sessions, as well as opportunities to network with UB colleagues.
