UB Libraries has made changes to the Oscar A. Silverman Library in Capen Hall.

The changes are as follows:

• The second floor now houses the Science & Engineering Information Center (SEIC). This consolidates library services for science and engineering students onto the second floor.
• More study tables and more power outlets were added to the second floor. Also, fresh paint was applied to the walls.
• The multimedia center, with new shelves that hold DVDs and VHS tapes, is now on the first floor. UB Libraries plans to install viewing stations.
