BNMC Fit – the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus’ annual summer block party—will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 27, rain or shine, at Colby Park, located on High Street between Buffalo General Medical Center and the MiGo parking garage.

The event, which is free and open to all employees of the medical campus, will feature active workout demonstrations, health screenings, tips for fitness and healthy eating, and raffle prizes and giveaways.

Participants also can learn about alternative transportation options through GO BNMC, as well as sign up to be a Neighborhood Explorer to receive discounts for neighborhood businesses.
