Ever wonder why eating certain foods seem to satisfy you more than others? Do you often have regrets about finishing that bag of cookies? Want to change your eating habits?
You’re not alone.
Dietician and nutritionist Mary Jo Parker will talk about what may be driving these eating behaviors and what you can do about them during a free workshop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 7 in the Center for Tomorrow, North Campus. A healthy lunch will be served.
The workshop is presented by UB’s Employee Assistance Program and Wellness & Work/Life Balance.
