The New York Times quoted Kenneth Regan for a story about the cheating scandal that has rocked the international chess world. Regan was retained by the International Chess Federation to investigate allegations of cheating lodged last September against a 19-year-old American by the five-time world chess champion. Regan told The Times he found no evidence of cheating. “Unequivocally no,” Regan told The Times. “And there’s not much more to say about it.”
