BUFFALO, N.Y. – Wes Moore, an Army combat veteran, social entrepreneur and youth advocate, will speak at the University at Buffalo at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15, in Alumni Arena, North Campus, as part of the UB Distinguished Speakers Series.

Moore is the author of the bestselling book “The Other Wes Moore,” about two boys with the same name who grew up in similar neighborhoods in the same city and had difficult childhoods.
