During the 2015 tax season, more than 200 IRS-certified accounting students from the UB School of Management brought $1,284,050 back into the Buffalo community through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.

The UB Alberti Center for Bullying Abuse Prevention will again join forces with Hodgson Russ LLP and M&T Bank for another “BAND Against Bullying” school arts competition on April 28.
A group of UB experts and students will hold a panel discussion on ways to strengthen efforts to make the university more accessible to underrepresented communities, and will address topics including access to visiting the university; student expectations; counselor-to-student ratios; and the application and financial aid processes.
