Margaret Moss, PhD, JD, assistant dean of diversity and inclusion in the UB School of Nursing, was honored with two 2016 Book of the Year Awards by the American Journal of Nursing for her book, “American Indian Health and Nursing.”
This year, for the first time, local researchers competed in a clinical research competition sponsored by the University at Buffalo’s Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) to recognize the most promising advances in clinical research.
Yu-Ping Chang, associate professor and associate dean for research and scholarship in the UB School of Nursing, was named a fellow of the Health Sciences Section of the Gerontological Society of America (GSA).
Sebastiano Andreana, associate professor and director of implant dentistry in the UB School of Dental Medicine, received the Isaih Lew Memorial Research Award from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).
