The Distinguished Speakers Series event with Roxane Gay, originally scheduled for 8 p.m. tonight (April 5) has been postponed and rescheduled for April 13 after her travel plans were disrupted due to unforeseen flight complications and delays.
Cultural critic Roxane Gay, author of the New York Times bestselling collection of essays “Bad Feminist,” will speak at UB on April 5 in Alumni Arena as part of the university’s Distinguished Speakers Series.
A cast of 25 Department of Theatre & Dance students will perform April 7-9 at the Center for the Arts. Featuring the choreography of UB's dance faculty, invited guests and students.
The acclaimed contemporary tap dance company founded by MacArthur Fellow Michelle Dorrance will be in residence March 27-31 at the Center for the Arts. Public performance on March 31.
