BUFFALO, N.Y. — Mary Wilson, widow of the late Buffalo Bills owner Ralph C. Wilson Jr., will join University at Buffalo officials Nov. 5 to announce a major gift to UB sports medicine from the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation.
