    The Center for the Arts at the University at Buffalo will present Taylor 2 Dance Company on Thursday, March 10, at 7:30 p.m. during their upcoming residency, March 7-11. There will be a public performance in the Mainstage Theatre, located at the Center for the Arts, North Campus. The performance is sponsored by M&T Bank.

    Bruce A. Holm, PhD, a key figure in the University at Buffalo's efforts to develop high-technology and life-sciences research in the region, and an internationally known biomedical researcher and successful entrepreneur, died on Feb. 9 of kidney cancer. A resident of Rochester, he was 52.

  • UB Department of Theatre and Dance to Present A Little Night Music

    The University at Buffalo Department of Theatre and Dance will present A Little Night Music from Wednesday, March 2, through Sunday, March 6, in the Black Box Theatre, located at the Center for the Arts, UB North Campus. Performance times are Wednesday through Saturday at 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. The musical, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, will be presented in a production with newly designed and executed sets, lights and costumes.
