Sam Abramovich can speak to the media about learning and the use of technology in education.

Trained as a learning scientist, he is a leading scholar on emerging technology such as digital badges and online education resources, ranging from online rating systems to makerspaces. His research focuses on unpacking the benefits and challenges of open source technologies for education.

Abramovich is interested in understanding how learning opportunities presented by these and other emerging technologies can guide educational improvement and reform.
