Mike Wei is an expert in operations, supply chains, pricing, revenue management and machine learning. He studies and can discuss the influence of uncertainty in supply chains (including interruption, shortage, etc.).
He can also address how online information and social media influence consumers’ purchasing behavior; how companies can design pricing and reward programs to spur customers’ purchasing incentives; and how companies can leverage big data to learn consumers’ preferences and choices, and design machine learning algorithms to recommend products/services tailored to each individual consumer.
