The recipients of the Excellence in Teaching Award for Graduate Teaching Assistants were honored in April 2023 at a luncheon in the Buffalo Room. Presented annually by the Graduate School, the award recognizes graduate students who have demonstrated exceptional performance in the execution of their teaching responsibilities. Take a look at an alphabetical listing of forms that may be of use to you on our Forms for Students page. Review our Current Student FAQs and Graduate School policy library if you have questions.

Visit our Graduate Faculty Membership Roster page for lists of faculty who have been appointed or nominated and approved to direct theses and dissertations, by school or college.

In order to graduate you must submit forms, specific to your degree type, to the Graduate School. Review what your program requires and when they are due on our Graduation Requirements and Deadlines page.

Additionally, students pursuing a master’s degree, advanced certificate, AuD, DNP or EdD are required to apply for graduation in HUB, in order to become a candidate for degree conferral. Visit our Apply for Graduation in HUB page to determine if you are required to complete this step, and how to do so.

Master’s students who complete a thesis and all PhD and EdD students, must electronically submit their final thesis or dissertation to the Graduate School. Visit our Electronic Thesis and Dissertation (ETD) Submission Guidelines page for instruction on how format your ETD and complete this process.

Master's students are required to complete a Master's Graduation Survey as part of the graduation process.

PhD students are required to complete the PhD Application to Candidacy (ATC) and submit two surveys, in order to be eligible to graduate. Learn more about these surveys and how to complete them on our Doctoral Degree Recipient Surveys page.
