Stacy Snyder received a BS in Psychology at York College of Pennsylvania in 1991, and an MLS from the University at Buffalo in 1995. She was the first staff member in the Educational Technology Center in 1999. She became Interim Co-Director of the Educational Technology Center in 2007, at which time she managed the daily operations of the ETC as well as doing project management and creation. She then went on to lead the Digital Library Center until 2010. She has extensive experience in digital collections project management and creation.
