Natalia Estrada is the Digital Scholarship Librarian in the University at Buffalo Library System. She also acts as the liaison for the Anthropology department. Her research experience involves qualitative data analysis, using software such as MaxQDA and NVivo. Other research interests include workplace organizational culture in academic libraries, pedagogy and labor in digital scholarship, and being Latinx/neurodivergent in the library. Natalia earned her MLIS from Kent State and her BA in Anthropology from the University of Chicago
