This nonprofit, drop-in clinic provides free, routine health care and preventive services to uninsured patients on Buffalo’s East Side. It is entirely managed and funded through the work of eight UB medical students each year, working in partnership with the community service organization Group Ministries.
UB Dental's S-Miles To Go program provides dental care to vulnerable populations through two state-of-the-art mobile dental units. Our mobile vans increase access to critical oral health care services for children in rural communities, parents and children living on Buffalo's East Side, low-income older adults, unhoused individuals and people with disabilities.
Mini Medical School is a community outreach program designed to provide an accessible and engaging introduction to various aspects of healthcare and medicine. The program offers a series of engaging and interactive sessions that cover a wide range of topics relevant to medicine and healthcare, hosted by faculty members, healthcare professionals, and researchers from the Jacobs School.
