UB’s Fall Open House is your chance to explore the vibrant campus life of a top 40 public university!

At Fall Open House, you’ll tour our campuses, experience campus living and dining, learn about your academic options and connect with faculty, staff and current students. Discover UB’s diverse academic options, learn about our holistic application and admissions process and explore ways to finance your education as you prepare to apply.

To Buffalo To North Campus To South Campus

The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is only an hourlong flight from New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago and Washington, D.C.

Amtrak services the Buffalo Niagara region with two train stations: Exchange Street Station, located in downtown Buffalo near our light rail line, and Depew Station, in the Buffalo suburbs, a 20-minute drive from UB’s North Campus.

Bus service to Buffalo is offered through Greyhound, Megabus and Trailways, with stops in downtown Buffalo and at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. (The downtown bus station is conveniently close to our Metro light rail line.)

To help you prepare for your visit, we’re also offering a full lineup of Open House Virtual Sessions. These sessions cover everything from academics and campus life to admissions and financial aid. Attend any that interest you—joining virtually beforehand will give you more time to explore campus during Open House.

Accessing Your Digital Agenda

After you register, you’ll receive a personalized link to your digital agenda by email. Each agenda link is unique, allowing you to customize your Fall Open House experience. Once you receive it, we encourage you to explore and plan ahead to make the most of your time at UB.

Creating Your Customized Schedule

The digital agenda is a great tool for building your Fall Open House schedule before ever stepping foot on campus. Pick and choose events that interest you for a completely customized experience.

  • Save events you want to attend on the day of the event, so you have a ready-to-go guide when you arrive to UB. 
  • View event descriptions of what you can expect to learn and experience. 

Check-in

Your digital agenda will automatically update during Fall Open House so you can check in online. When you arrive to campus, open the digital agenda and follow the steps to check in. Speak with a UB team member or locate a help desk if you need assistance checking in or navigating to your first experience.
