Best Uses of AI in Higher Ed Marketing: A Practical Exploration of Artificial Intelligence for Higher Education

Bart Caylor, president of Caylor Solutions and the host of “The Higher Ed Marketer” podcast, presented on the emerging, transformative role of generative AI in enhancing marketing strategies and communication within higher education. The pragmatic and educational keynote emphasized cases marketers can implement today using common tools such as ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Google Bard and Midjourney. The session covered tactics such as strategy, content creation, personalization, data analysis, management and multimedia design. Through real-world examples, including case studies from other institutions, the presentation illuminated how generative AI is reshaping marketing efforts, offering attendees actionable insights and tools to leverage in their roles.
