Free fitness classes for UB employees

UB faculty and staff can take advantage of free lunchtime fitness classes this fall, courtesy of Wellness and Work/Life Balance, and Recreation and Intramural Services.

Classes will take place from noon to 12:50 p.m. on both the North and South campuses, beginning Aug. 26.

The schedule:

Core Fusion: Mondays, Clark Hall, South Campus.

Body Bar Express: Mondays, Alumni Arena, North Campus.

Muscle Makeover: Wednesdays, Clark Hall.

Hatha Yoga: Wednesdays, Alumni Arena.
