UB commuters who take the I-990 southbound from the North Campus will have to find a new route temporarily, beginning June 12, when the ramp from the Audubon Parkway is closed for 10 days so that reconstruction work in the I-990 bridges can continue.

Drivers instead can use Millersport Highway to access I-290.

While the ramp is only expected to be closed for 10 days, the state Department of Transportation advises that inclement weather may impact the construction schedule and delay the reopening.
