The Student Visual Arts Organization in the Department of Art, College of Arts and Sciences, is sponsoring weekly open figure drawing sessions.

The sessions will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, beginning Feb. 1 and running through May 10, in 208 Center for the Arts, North Campus.

No session will be held on March 15 due to spring break.

The non-instructional sessions, which are proctored by an MFA student, are open to the public. The cost is $5 per session; the first 10 high school students who show a valid ID may draw for free.

No registration is required, but seating is limited to 21 participants. Easels are provided; artists must bring their own drawing materials.
