Wellness & Work/Life Balance is offering free yoga classes for faculty and staff members interested in increasing their flexibility while decreasing stress.
The classes will be held from 5:15-6:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning Jan. 28 and running through March 20, in the Fargo Lounge, Building 6, Ellicott Complex, North Campus.
