Keep those New Year's resolutions

UB faculty and staff who feel they need help keeping their New Year’s resolutions can attend a free, half-day program on Jan. 23 sponsored by Wellness and Work/Life Balance.

The workshop, to be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in 107 Capen Hall, inside the Undergraduate Library, North Campus, covers such topics as health and fitness, sustainability, organization, financial guidance and community involvement.

Continental breakfast will be provided, beginning at 8 a.m.
