Enhance your fitness journey with us by enrolling in one or more of our invigorating classes.

For those interested in strength and weight training, we invite you to join REC 123: Olympic Lifting. In this valuable course, our certified coaches will guide you through the fundamentals of Olympic lifts, enabling you to build a solid foundation. We are offering three different sections of this course to accommodate your schedule:

  • REC 123 BEV 1 (24101) on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM
  • REC 123 BEV 2 (24102) on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM
  • REC 123 HEE (18694) on Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 4:50 PM

Looking to explore the newest and fastest-growing sport in America? Look no further than our REC112: Pickleball course! Designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge, this class promises an enjoyable experience on the court. Join us for REC 112 DAV1 (24134) or REC 112 DAV2 (24135), both held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 3:50 PM.

Due to popular demand, we are delighted to reintroduce our REC116: Indoor Cycling classes! Come and discover the updated Spinning Room, with the added bonus of a TV to enhance your experience. Reserve your spot in one of the following sessions:

  • REC 116 MEL1 (24177) on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 4:00 PM to 4:50 PM
  • REC 116 MEL2 (24178) on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 4:00 PM to 4:50 PM
  • REC 116 MEL3 (24179) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM
  • REC 116 MEL4 (24180) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM

To register for any of the above classes, simply follow the same process as you would for any other UB course. Please visit your HUB to secure your spot and embark on an exciting fitness journey with us!
