Our dinner plate … and climate change?
Find out how to eat more sustainably to benefit your body and the planet at a free talk sponsored by the Professional Staff Senate’s Sustainable Living Committee and UB Wellness Services.
“All Food has a Carbon Footprint” will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 28 in 310 Capen Hall, inside the Silverman Library on the North Campus.
Janice Cochran, a nutritionist with Wellness Services, will speak and lead the discussion.
Participants may bring their own lunch. Dessert and coffee will be provided.
