The renovation and maintenance of UB’s 235 buildings, containing 11,811,055 assignable square feet of space and covering 1,272 acres of grounds, is the primary responsibility of an elite group of trades, professionals and staff within University Facilities.

This is your opportunity to tour our shops and departments to see where the facilities teams plan for the future, provide renovations and make needed repairs: all while experiencing the internal operations of our facilities.

This is a free walking tour covering three facilities buildings (Beane, Helm and the Chilled Water Plant).  This tour covers about 1.5 miles (mostly flat surfaces with minimal stairs).  Parking is available at the Beane Center Lot or a short walk from the Center for tomorrow lot.

Space is limited and RSVP’s to pssenate@buffalo.edu closed on Oct. 4, 2019.
