Tresca Design owner does things a bit differently, and it's working

Buffalo Business First reports Dan Buckmaster, president and founder of Tresca Design—a UB incubator graduate—continues to grow his firm with creativity and flexibility.

The firm, founded in 2017 and headquartered at Tri-Main Center on Main Street in Buffalo, does mechanical engineering design and prototyping, product development and turnkey manufacturing.

Since founding the business, Buckmaster's business strategies include prioritizing relationships, being flexible, and not overthinking things in a position of leadership.

“The more nimble you are, the more easily you’re able to adapt to and overcome the failures that are inevitable in this journey,” Buckmaster said.
