Strategic Plans

Since 2017, the LGBTQ Faculty and Staff Associuation has used a strategic planning model to guide and sustain the organization.

In 2021, upon near completion of the association’s first strategic plan, the LGBTQ Faculty and Staff Association turned to the future and began the development of a second strategic plan to guide the association into 2025.

The final plan developed is the result of significant information gathering, including an assessment of membership wants and needs, engagement with strategic partners, an understanding of campus climate, and researching the best practices of our peers.

Development of the 2021-2025 strategic plan included consideration of the UB LGBTQ+ Support Services Committee Report (PDF) submitted in February 2020.
