Coalesce and Connect: Building a National Network of Dementia Care Voices

This multi-phase project aims to both build a national network for dementia advocacy and to develop a consensus document on the needs of people living with dementia and their care partners.  It further is developing a set of government and research priorities from the perspectives of people living with dementia. The reports from this project were presented at the annual meeting in July 2014 of the Advisory Council for the National Alzheimer’s Plan.
