Hayes Society

The Hayes Society honors individuals who have made legacy gifts to the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences through a bequest or other method of deferred giving.

Irving Sultz, Class of 1955 president, named the pharmacy school in his estate: "I don't know which direction my life would have taken if I hadn't been accepted to the school. It has afforded me a lifelong career as a health care professional in the practice of pharmacy. I am thankful to UB for making a profound difference in my life." Sultz hopes that his classmates will also consider making a gift to UB.

The impact of bequests has been tremendous at UB, funding scholarships for talented students who otherwise could not afford a college education, establishing distinguished academic professorships, and providing support for research initiatives.

Member recognition includes the listing of your name in university recognition publications to the extent you would like, invitations to special UB events, and subscriptions to university publications including Pinnacle and UB Today.

For additional information on how you can leave your legacy by making a planned gift to benefit the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, please call the development office at 716-645-3432.
