    The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences aims to engage with the community in Buffalo and our region through a wide variety of programs and interests. Among these are K-12 educational activities, as well continuing education programs for engineers working in the field. We have many industry partnerships to address workforce needs, as well as targeted research and development projects to address specific business problems.

    UB School of Nursing partners with numerous community healthcare organizations to provide the best clinical experiences for our students.  Their clinical partners include a major cancer center, several comprehensive healthcare providers, a hospice center, and a veteran's medical center.  Additionally, their students have learning opportunities in many community and home care settings.
