The growing demand to design buildings and environments that are usable by everyone, regardless of ability, requires a design approach that extends the limits of current design practice. That approach is Universal Design, a rapidly expanding area of practice in the design profession that empowers its users to eliminate barriers in spaces and create inclusive environments for all. This webinar will provide an overview of Universal Design and illustrate how universal design principles can be applied to the design of buildings and other facilities to improve usability for everyone.
