When it comes to workplace well-being and stress, mindfulness can provide valuable skills to support resilience and navigate workplace challenges. Mindfulness is our innate ability to pay attention to the present moment, without judgment. The goal of mindfulness is not necessarily to stop thinking, but rather to pay attention to our feelings, thoughts, and emotions. No one is immune from burnout, but mindfulness practice can help you create a space for self-compassion and improve overall wellbeing.

This webinar will talk about what mindfulness can look like in the workplace. We will discuss mindfulness practices and tools we can tap into throughout the day to help manage stress. We also have the opportunity to celebrate National Nurses Week together, and hope that healthcare workers joining us can find space for mindfulness tools to support resilience and heal feelings of burnout.
