The mission of our organization is improving quality of life, resident retention and length of stay in senior living communities to achieve successful aging in place are a larger ALF community census.

We reach this goal by implementing our unique 10-step model which provides proactive, preventative early intervention by identifying at risk residents who will benefit from our strength and balance institute. Our outcome measures show on average a 30% functional independence improvement in every patient we treat.

Our comprehensive therapy model has shown statistically significant improvements in ALF length of stay by 129%, increased independence, 37% reduce falls, 82% reduced hospitalizations and decreased functional declines. These attributes promote wellness, life expectancy and reduced incidence of decubitus ulcers.
