Like popular ride hailing services, many UB shuttles can be accessed using on-demand app technology.
The on-demand shuttles, operated by Parking and Transportation Services, utilize the TransLoc app that can be downloaded to a cellphone through your app store or found online at transloc.com/app.
Choose your pickup and dropoff locations from a list of locations shown on the screen. Rides can be scheduled in advance and push notifications will keep you updated as to the shuttle's arrival.
If you don't have access to the TransLoc App, you may call Parking and Transportation Services for dispatch, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (716) 645-3943. *Dispatch by phone is not available for the Safety Shuttle.
